Our distribution facilities will continue to stay open in full compliance with government guidelines as well as additional precautionary steps encouraging best practices for social distancing, safety and cleaning steps to help protect and support our staff. Please note: All carriers are at capacity and shipping/transit times may be longer than usual. Please allow additional days for the FedEx, UPS, & USPS websites to update tracking data on ground and expedited shipments.

FedEx delivery commitment times
Air cargo capacity remains limited, and we are adjusting our networks to better enable us to continue delivering much-needed goods and services during these ongoing market constraints. We are adjusting delivery commitment times for several FedEx Express® services in the U.S. November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

FedEx Money-Back Guarantee
FedEx money-back guarantee (MBG) is suspended for FedEx Express® services for which MBG was previously reinstated November 1, 2021 through January 16, 2022.
