What is Your return Policy?

You can return anything you purchased (EXCEPT .17oz Mini Purse Spray Samplers or 1/2 oz Cologne Humongous Miniatures, or those items included in sets, which are not returnable) from www.DemeterFragrance.com for credit, exchange or refund. Returns MUST be initiated within 30 days of receiving your products. Send whatever you would like to return to:

Please include all your contact information, order number if available and a brief note explaining the resolution you would like; refund, store credit, or of an exchange, please specify what products you would like as replacements. Please note we do not cover shipping costs on returns. We will, however, pay any freight on exchanges sent back to you. For a full refund, all items including free gifts with purchase must be returned. International shipments are refund only.
