"This one has me completely confused. I guess I'm a weirdo and actually wanted to smell like a chipotle pepper. It does not smell like it at all. Not smokey. Only vaguely spicy, but I still really liked this scent. It teters between feminine and masculine. And you can catch different notes and highlights as you smell it. It's clean, earthy, green, sometimes a bit floral. The spice will hit at random. Still wish it were closer to an actual chipotle, but a nice thought provoking scent nonetheless"

"Not what I was expecting, at all. No detectable capsaicin or chipotle type odor at all, but this is a really unexpectedly sophisticated sort of cedar-wood and vanilla type scent. I'd say a bit more on the feminine side of Unisex but this would be good on anyone. It's an evening dress-up scent, probably more suited for wearing in cooler weather. Very nice."

"I'm pleasantly surprised by this fragrance. I was kind of expecting it to smell like hot sauce. While to me it doesn't really smell like chipotle peppers or anything cooked with them, nor does it even have a particularly southwestern vibe, it does smell warm and spicy and inviting, and surprisingly sweet as well, but not *too* sweet. This is extremely wearable and would work perfectly as a unisex scent, though I think it leans a little more masculine. It's a tiny bit woodsy, too, maybe a tiny bit smoky, but mostly spicy-sweet. Not in a food-like way, though. It smells so good, I don't care that it doesn't smell like what's on the label. As it dries down it gets softer and cozier, a little musky feeling, with the spice becoming less sharp. It's not as *unusual* a scent as I was expecting it to be, but when it comes to perfumes, pleasant/enjoyable beats unusual any day in my opinion. This has staying power, too- the tiny bit I put on my wrist survived me washing a sink full of dishes by hand!"
