"As a lover of Demeter’s cinnamon based scents (like Gingerbread and Egg Nog) I was hoping this would not disappoint and it doesn’t. In fact, I might even say this is the most accurate description of any of the scents I own from the house. I can smell the cinnamon, the butter, and the toast (which I would describe as “Smoke”). The cinnamon is all spice and no vanilla like in their other cinnamon scents, and yes it could perhaps be compared to the cinnamon brooms sold at Christmas, but really it’s softer and more complex than that. Overall it’s a good scent with an accurate description so if that appeals to you, you can’t go wrong. It also lasts more than others, but imo, all the cinnamon based scents do."
Perfect for fall and winter - this one is IT
"Finally. I love cinnamon - has been hard to find the right cinnamon scent though I have and love Jo Malone ginger scents. So my expectations are high - and I favor sweet gourmand experiences with cinnamon perfumes, but I want them more elegant than just red hot candy scent. This one did it. No cheap smell of candy - instead a lovely gourmand vibe, no cheap waffle cone/toast scent - just awesome warm cinnamon foodie smell. I sprayed this over a linear vanilla perfume that I love and got a compliment within minutes. Rare at my house. So this one is a keeper for me. Buying a larger bottle now."

"The first thing you smell is the rich scent of butter followed by cinnamon. It seriously smells like buttered toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. I only put 4 stars instead of 5 just because it’s more butter than cinnamon sugar, but it’s still so yummy!!!"

"So far this might be a contender for my favorite of the cinnamon scents. Unlike cinnamon bun you can smell the cinnamon in this one. The particular cinnamon note is again cinnamon oil. If Demeter ever made a scent that was like opening a bottle of ground cinnamon instead, I'd buy it for life. While I'm talking about them, I don't recommend cinnamon bark either, I will review it as well."

"When you first smell this, it smells SO wonderful in the bottle! Sweet, cinnamon, buttery, just like warm cinnamon sugar toast, but when it is put on, all the delicious warm buttery notes almost instantly disappear and all that's left just smells like straight up cinnamon oil. So sad. If the formula is ever changed to keep the buttery smell, it will be one of my favs."
