If I smelled this blindfolded, I would have thought they sent me a mislabeled bottle. But no. It smelled exactly the same to me. Wait for the dry down. Fraser fir dries down to a muted note of blue spruce's fruitiness with more of a crisp, evergreen smell. This is what I expected blue spruce to be. Both have their own merits, but if you're looking for that forest-y tree smell, pick this one over blue spruce."
