"I got the mini purse spray just to see because I've been curious about demeter for so long. It smells delicious and exactly like lemon meringue pie. But I can't buy it again because the scent doesn't last. I watched a lot of reviews saying the same thing about staying power. But they said it was worth it because of the price. But to me these are kinda expensive. Because I can go to another store and get a scent and it last all day. I used to get 1 dollar scents that last for days. Unfortunately its hard to find unique scents like this anywhere. I dont like a scent that is overpowering but I still like it to be there. And this just goes away so fast. I tried spraying it in my hair my skin and on my shirt and it lasts nowhere. I feel bad for making a bad review but it really feels like a waste of money. It smells great and in appreciate the realistic smell but its not really a usable product."

"not what I was expecting but the lemon smell it great. I was hoping for more of a sugary or cakey smell like some other people said but it's very lemon forward as the description says. Im not getting vanilla or the creaminess though, more of a heavy lemon flavored fruity pebbles. like its subtle sweet undertones."

"This is an olfactory antidepressant like no other. Smells just as I was hoping: Fresh lemon softened by *very* subtle vanilla. This is the *exact* flavor proportion that is put into Italian pastries, though it’s orange flower (but lemon zest is then added to the batter) rather than lemon. It’s sold there in grocery stores in a small glass vial. I buy it from Italy in bulk and use it as a fragrance, but the staying power is nil. Lemon Chiffon is the perfect dupe. I wish, also, that it would last longer (please make that happen, Demeter!), but I’m going to buy the oil and hope that lasts throughout the day. Never stop making this stuff!"

"I didn't expect to fall in love with this. I wanted a straight lemon scent and wasn't sure about the meringue component. Turns out it's the perfect balance of lemon tartness with sweet warm creamy baked good notes. The nice thing is it doesn't turn sharp like a cleaner or artificial like candy the way some citrus scents can. Mix it with almond and condensed milk and you will smell just like pound cake (in the best way!). I have already reordered a larger size of this one."
