"This scent had an overpowering note of alcohol when I first applied it - it disappeared quickly, but so did the scent. I applied a copious amount the second time around and smelled of alcohol for five minutes, of waffles for fifteen, and then it was gone. Sad, as it is nice for the very short amount of time it lasts."

"The maple syrup is by far the strongest scent followed by butter I don't know that I can smell the waffle at all. However I really like the smell of maple syrup and butter so I thought this was a hit I just wish it lasted longer. If I were to suggest anything I would suggest trying it in an oil. Those oil rollers aren't that much more and you will get the longevity and perhaps a little projection."

"When people warned about how light and short lived this scent was. I did not believe them, for one simple reason. I see this complaint on literally any fragrance. Demeter or not. I see people complaining about things not being strong enough, or disappearing after 3 seconds all the time. So I generally just ignore it because from my experience most of the time it's just not true. I've seen people say something lasts only 5 minutes and disappears. And I'll still smell it three or four hours later. This however was one of the rare exceptions, the scent was extremely light. And I stopped smelling it around the 30 minute Mark. As I saw someone else said, this 100% is not worth spending $15 on. A 8 oz Body mist that you could buy at a CVS for four dollars will last far longer than this. $9 plus shipping to get half an ounce of liquid, that will only last a half an hour at best???? Absolutely not."
