Attention: Please allow a few days for your tracking to populate. All products are made to order. We have multiple mail pickups at our warehouse everyday, M-F, with the last one of the day being around 5pm EST.
- We usually beat shipping estimates, but error on the side of caution to ensure we convert on our delivery promise.
Where Does Demeter Ship To?
Demeter ships worldwide, anywhere FedEx, USPS or UPS will deliver Dangerous Goods, at a flat rate. Regardless of how much product you purchase, your shipping and handling rate will not increase.

For true contiguous, regardless of how much product you purchase, your shipping and handling costs for FedEx, UPS, or USPS are a flat rate and will not change.
And while the costs are higher, we offer flat rate air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
The cost of all other shipping options, domestic and international, are the actual cost of freight, after our discounts.
International Shipping Charges
Our international shipping, for all countries except Canada, includes the preparation of the special documents and packaging necessary for shipping most fragrance products internationally, and the actual freight. It DOES NOT include any specific charges imposed or required by the local government or customs, such as:
- The preparation and filing of a Customs entry for importation
- Duties
- VAT, Use or Sales taxes
- Alcohol taxes
We do not know and cannot be responsible for all the various rules and different importation taxes throughout the world. We strongly recommend you understand your local rules and regulations to avoid surprises.
Canada
$29 duty paid.
Shipping charges to Canada now include brokerage charges, duties, and taxes. There will be no additional delivery expenses or costs.
What Are Your Delivery Times?
Delivery times generally vary depending on which FedEx, UPS, USPS, shipping zone you reside in. We ship from Pennsylvania, Zip Code 17870, and average delivery times are as follows, but please realize these are indicators and averages, and will vary with the time of year. There are no guarantees or assurances that your particular package will arrive at a particular time. If you require precise delivery, use the expedited shipping options (3rd day, 2nd day, Next Day):
Unfortunately, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIMES UNLESS USING EXPEDITED SHIPPING (3RD DAY, 2ND DAY, NEXT DAY). This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as FedEx, who do not guarantee their delivery schedules. Demeter will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. Packages that have tracking numbers but have not been received will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping company and follow their instructions before claims are filed and a reshipment is placed. That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead-time estimate change. We VALUE our customers, APPRECIATE their business, and will do EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO SERVE YOU WELL.

- We mainly will ship UPS or USPS, but sometimes orders are shipped by FedEx.
How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?
Most orders are processed within TWO BUSINESS DAYS of receipt and by default, ship standard delivery. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification.
How Soon Will The Order Ship After It Is Processed?
We will send an email with tracking number once your order ships.
Most orders are shipped within five (5) business days of receipt. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays or standard business Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail, or snail-mail. If the delay is due to back-order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back-order, substitute another item, or cancel your order.
For Canada, orders ship on following Friday.
