The Blood Lime was created to thrive in high salt environments, but at Demeter, we love it because it is an incredibly full-flavored cross of two of our favorite citrus scents.
The Inspiration: The blood lime is a cross between the red finger lime and the Ellendale Mandarin hybrid, which is itself a sweet orange/mandarin cross.

"Not exactly what I was expecting from other reviews. At first spray it does have a slight lime smell, but the bitter part of lime from the pith.. like that of a grapefruit. Almost immediately as it dries, it begins to have some type of powdery smell. Not baby powder, but definitely a body powder like “shower-to-shower” or something. Idk. It’s doesn’t smell bad, just not enough lime OR citrus for me. This one was a dud"

"It's very straightforward lime and dries down to orange. It wasn't special until i layered it with Gingerale. It smells like Angostura bitters and Canada Dry! I do feel like it needs to be layered. Otherwise pleasant but too simple for my taste."
