Very "sour" scent
"I was so excited to receive this, because Chamomile is one of my favorite scents and I was looking forward to a soft, calming scent that I could wear when I needed comfort. Unfortunately, there is a sour undertone to this fragrance that makes it so unpleasant. It reminds me of citronella candles. It's definitely got notes of dried flowers, but chamomile is unfortunately not the star of the show. Honestly if I wanted to smell the way this perfume smells, I would have bought bug spray. At least it would have had a use outside of only SMELLING like I'm repelling insects."
Interesting and confusing scent
"Immediately after drydown, this scent made me think I had finally found a substitute for Evening Edged in Gold because it miraculously smelled like the Midnight Candy flowers. That goes away within 10 seconds, only one whiff. Then it smells like chamomile and tea, a dried rose petals herbaceous type of scent, but it did not need the lemon. After a minute and after blending it with other fragrance notes, it has a sour smell. Almost bordering on a sour, stinky sock with a plastic babydoll type smell. I so wish this had been a sweet hay herbal type of smell that I associate with chamomile. I will keep trying to mix it with other things."

"This smells nothing like chamomile! It’s not pleasant at all to me. I can’t even place the scent. I love chamomile tea, I enjoy it everyday and my mother used to pick and dry her own chamomile. I’m very familiar with how chamomile should smell, this is not it!"

"I received this as a freebie, and I am stoked on it. It is very wearable. It is very accurate to the actual flower, and has pretty good staying power. I recommend it as a bright, borderline soapy floral. It strangely enough reminds me a lot of Nature's Gate Herbal shampoo and conditioner."
