Lilac grows as a shrub or small tree up to 20 feet in height producing a crowd of erect stems, clothed with spirally arranged flakes of bark.
The Inspiration: It is covered with smooth shoots and leaves, usually heart-shape and 2 to 6 inches long. Our concern, however, is with the fragrance and unforgettable flowers.

"This is my favourite Demeter scent ever. It's light and fresh and floral and sweet without being too overpowering or sickly sweet. Feels quite youthful and I don't tire of the smell during the day. I personally really like the grape tones. I don't know what real Lilac is supposed to smell like so I'm not disappointed. Wish it was shipping to Australia at the moment!"
