Reviews

"I don’t have a lot of experience with smelling real Lily of the valleys but if this is what they smell like then I need a full garden because this scent is enchanting. So sophisticated and simple smells great layered and really brings something to a lot of blends you add it to."

"Did not smell like lily of the valley"

"Love the scent—one of my faves."

Almost, but not entirely, unlike Lily of the Valley

"I ordered this from Amazon, which may be part of the problem (storage, shipping)?. This smells absolutely nothing like lily of the valley, and I have a ton of them in my back yard every spring so I know what they are supposed to smell like. This is more like a dollar store laundry detergent smell with a faint cheap baby lotion undertone. I have loved literally every other Demeter fragrance I've gotten so far so not sure what happened here."

Doesn’t smell like lily of the valley

"I grew up with lily of the valley growing all over the yard. It’s a fresh and clean smelling flower. This spray smells nothing like the flower. It smells like baby powder actually. It’s not a terrible fragrance but not what it was supposed to smell like so I’m returning. Bummed."

AJ (2/5)

Disappointed

"This smells pretty good, but if you know and love Lily of the Valley, this isn’t even close."

Nikita (3/5)

Innocent, modest, mature.

"(Doing a batch of reviews but seems like I'm not getting a 'verified' tag, even when I'm putting the same email I used for confirmation? Probably because I checked out as guest. Writing reviews for Lychee, Natural Lavender, Fraser Fir, Black Russian, Dandelion, LOTV, Thunderstorm, and Sunshine- free gift-). Perhaps a difference in taste, but I cannot for the life of me see this as a 'sexy' scent as one review put it. It is light, sweet, and powdery- on the dry down, there is the tiniest hint of green that compliments the florals beautifully. (Rest assured- this is NOT a green scent). It is soft and demure. I do recommend it."

Ysu (5/5)

Very Light and Sweet

"This fragrance is incredibly delicate smelling without being too faint. It is not overpowering whatsoever, and smells very fresh and slightly sweet. It reminds me a little of Marc Jacobs Daisy. I would recommend this scent to women of all ages, as it is a little bit younger smelling without being juvenile."

Audrey (5/5)

Perfect match!

"The scent perfectly matches the actual flower; we had them in our backyard when I was a child, and your perfume oil brings back such memories! I would recommend your shop to everyone!"

Patricia (5/5)

My mom loves it!

"I got this for my mom because Lily of the Valley is her favorite flower. It is a very melancholy fragrance that reminds me of the fields in England. She loves the smell, and I love it on her!"
