The Scent: Not for the faint of heart. Probably our most obtuse fragrance, but it is "dead on" so to speak. Demeter's Lobster is a combination of the sea, sweet meat, and a hint of drawn butter.

"Not what I was expecting based on the description. I was expecting more of a meat or butter smell, what one actually smells eating a freshly boiled lobster. Instead it smells more soapy, citrusy, and like an aromatic interpretation of a seaside. Not much of a meatiness or butteriness at all. Not a bad smell by any means! Just not what I was hoping for."
"I'm just getting into fragrance so I'll try to explain this the best that I can. Very interesting. I'm getting beach boardwalk before the food stalls open. I get a light powder, something I can't identify and a splash of lemon. The lemon does not take over this scent, it's very subtle. Now for the scent I can't identify...to me it's like walking by the boardwalk bathrooms or bathrooms at a pool. Not the urine scent but maybe it's a cleaner? I get a whiff of chlorine? Brown paper towels and lemon hand soap? I don't smell lobster or any fish so don't worry about that. It's a very unique fragrance, to me anyway. I think it's worth a shot to try a small size and experience it. I'm happy I purchased it!"
