"*I ordered a sample set. My process was not scientific, as I sprayed each scent on a separate blank index card. I did not look at the label before each test sniff, so as not to be influenced by the name of the scent. Then I wrote down descriptor words that came to mind. After this is when I allowed myself to see the name of the scent. All of the scents lasted less than two hours when tested on my skin. * ~initially. . . floral lily?? then, after the drydown. . . ~ This one was a head-scratcher for me. After the test sniff, I looked at the scent name and said out loud, 'what?!' I wondered if it was labeled wrong. After about 5 minutes of drydown, that began to fade, and by 10 minutes, I thought, 'ok, there it is'. So I do get fresh cut wood out of it. The initial smell, however, is disorienting. Not sure about a repurchase of this one."
